Single sessions, bundles, and longer coaching pathways are available so clients can choose the level of support that feels most aligned for where they are right now. For people who already know they want more continuity, bundles can create space for the work to deepen over time rather than needing to start over in each session. This can be especially helpful when you are working with long-standing patterns around expression, boundaries, embodiment, or nervous system regulation.

Coming Home Expression is a six-session container that shares the same first five sessions as Devotional and focuses on tapping into the body, listening to your needs, and reconnecting with your truth and authentic voice. Devotional Expression is a ten-session container that begins with that same shared foundation and then moves into attachment work and how those patterns are applied in real life, with more space to explore communication, relationships, self-led leadership, and deeper integration. Expression Sessions can also be paired with voice lessons for clients who want support with both self-expression and the vocal channel, especially when emotional history, creative inhibition, or past silencing are affecting the voice.
