Authentic Identity Coaching for Self-Trust & Growth

Identity Coaching for Women Reconnecting With Who They Are

Identity coaching is about understanding who you are beneath the roles, expectations, relationships, and patterns that may have shaped you over time. Through one-on-one Expression Sessions, I work primarily with women who want to develop a clearer sense of self, reconnect with their own values and desires, and feel more grounded in the way they move through life. Your identity does not need to be perfectly defined or permanently fixed. It can continue evolving as you grow, move through relationships, enter new stages of life, and become more honest about what still feels like you and what no longer does.

You may be drawn to an identity coach because you feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about who you are becoming, or tired of defining yourself primarily through what other people need from you. You might be questioning an old role, navigating a transition, outgrowing a familiar version of yourself, or realizing that certain choices were built around expectations you no longer share. Authentic identity coaching gives us space to explore those shifts without rushing to replace one label with another. The work is about developing enough self-awareness and self-trust to participate more intentionally in who you are and how you want to live.

Exploring Who You Are Beyond Roles, Expectations & Old Patterns

Separating yourself from the roles you have learned to play

You may be used to understanding yourself as the responsible one, the easy one, the caretaker, the achiever, the strong one, or the person who keeps everyone else comfortable. Those roles can become so familiar that it becomes difficult to tell where they end and you begin. Identity coaching can help you examine which parts of those roles still feel genuine and which have become restrictive. You do not have to reject your history in order to become more intentional about who you are now.

Becoming clearer about your values and desires

A stronger sense of identity is connected to knowing what matters to you, not only what you have been told should matter. That can include relationships, lifestyle, creativity, boundaries, sexuality, spirituality, ambitions, work, or how you want to spend your time. Coaching gives you room to explore those areas without needing to produce the “right” answer immediately. Clarity can grow as you become more willing to notice what feels meaningful, energizing, honest, or genuinely yours.

Giving yourself permission to change

It can be uncomfortable when the person you are becoming no longer fits choices, expectations, or relationships built around an earlier version of you. You may worry that changing your mind makes you inconsistent or that choosing differently means your past decisions were mistakes. Identity coaching can help you make room for change without demanding that every version of you remain the same. Evolving can be part of knowing yourself more honestly rather than proof that you somehow got yourself wrong before.

Expressing who you are more openly

Knowing yourself internally and allowing other people to experience that person are two different things. You may have a clear sense of your values, needs, style, opinions, or desires and still soften them when you anticipate judgment, disappointment, or conflict. Authentic identity coaching can help you explore what happens when your internal sense of self meets relationships and real-world expectations. The goal is not to perform individuality, but to create less distance between who you know yourself to be and how you actually live.

When the Version of You That Worked Before No Longer Fits

There are seasons when questions of identity become difficult to ignore. A relationship may change, a career may stop feeling meaningful, a familiar role may become exhausting, or you may simply realize that the person you have been presenting to the world does not feel like the whole story anymore. This can be disorienting because familiar identities often provide structure even after they stop feeling completely true. You may know that something in you is changing without yet having language for what comes next. Working with an identity coach gives you space to stay curious during that in-between period instead of rushing to define yourself again.

These transitions often bring up more than preferences or goals. They can activate attachment, belonging, fear of disappointing people, family expectations, relationship dynamics, and nervous system responses around being seen differently. We can explore what feels genuinely yours and what may have developed as a strategy for staying accepted, connected, successful, or safe. The goal is not to erase earlier versions of yourself. It is to become more aware of what you want to carry forward and what you are ready to relate to differently.

Graciela’s Identity Coaching Style

My coaching style is blunt with care and tenderness. I am interested in the places where you may have built a sense of self around belonging, achievement, relationships, survival, or what other people expected from you without ever consciously choosing it. Our sessions can include intentional conversation, somatic awareness, nervous system support, movement, breathwork, reflection, and exploration of attachment, boundaries, communication, relationships, confidence, desire, and self-expression. I see identity as something you live through your body and relationships, not only something you define intellectually.

I am also not here to give you a new label or tell you who you really are. Authentic identity coaching should create more room for discovery, not replace one outside definition with another. We may question assumptions you have carried for years, notice where you shape yourself differently depending on who you are with, or explore why certain parts of yourself feel difficult to express. I may be direct when I hear you dismissing or explaining away something that seems important, but the answer still needs to become yours.

For women who have spent significant parts of their lives adapting to family, relationships, work, expectations, or other people’s emotional needs, becoming more connected to identity can feel both freeing and destabilizing. You may discover preferences that feel unfamiliar, boundaries that change relationships, or desires that do not fit the life you originally imagined. We can make room for the uncertainty and relational consequences that sometimes come with becoming more honest. The goal is not to create a perfectly defined identity, but to build a more trustworthy relationship with who you are as you continue to change.

Identity Coaching Options

Single Coaching Sessions

A single session can give you focused space to explore a question about identity, authenticity, change, or the direction your life is taking. You might be navigating a transition, questioning a role you have played for years, feeling disconnected from yourself in a relationship, or realizing that an old version of you no longer fits. We can slow the experience down and explore what is actually changing underneath the surface. One session may provide useful clarity, or it can help you decide whether you want more ongoing space to explore your sense of self.

Coaching Session Bundles

Bundles provide more continuity when questions about identity are unfolding over time rather than around one isolated choice. Ongoing coaching allows you to notice what happens as you experiment with new boundaries, ways of expressing yourself, or choices that feel more aligned with who you are. You can bring those real-life experiences back into our conversations and explore what feels authentic, what feels uncomfortable, and where old roles begin pulling you back. This can be especially helpful during larger transitions or periods when your relationship with yourself is changing significantly.

Why Intentional Conversation?

Through a thoughtful, curiosity-driven conversation, we can identify recurring patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. This process can help you better understand yourself, gain insight into how your mind works, and explore new ways of reframing challenges.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, intentional conversation emphasizes carefully chosen questions designed to spark self-discovery. The focus is not on providing answers, but on helping you uncover your own perspectives, values, and truths through honest reflection.

Why Movement and Breathwork Before Every Session:

This is intentional. Every week you get this hour for you. Life can be hectic and can have so many moving factors. Its time to unwind honey! We find it very helpful to be able to get into the body through movement and to calm the nervous system through breathwork. Letting us arrive into the moment.

Why
Embodiment
Practices:

If you think all the healing is through the mind, think twice! It’s called emBODiment for a reason and it’s a practice. Many times talk therapy is helpful for releasing our thought process but many people leave it feeling like they are still unresolved. That’s because a lot is stored in the body, waiting to be released and just talking about our problems will not heal them. Through these practices we are able to ACTUALLY come home. Not only tapping into the body to better understand it but also emotions or past experiences that no longer serve.

Embodied Confidence: Live louder. Love deeper. Express fully.

Embodied Confidence is a six-session journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your authentic expression. Through guided somatic practices, vocal exploration, and intentional conversation, we begin to uncover the patterns that shape how you move through the world—where you hold tension, where you silence yourself, and where your energy is being drained.

This container supports you in building deeper self-awareness, releasing what has been stored in the body, and practicing honest expression in a safe and supportive space. As you reconnect with yourself, confidence becomes less about performing and more about trusting your voice, your truth, and your presence.

Ignite Your Flame is about coming home to yourself—fully expressed, grounded in your body, and no longer afraid to take up space.

Go Deeper with the Feed Your Fire Journey

Feed Your Fire is for those who are no longer interested in merely knowing their truth—they are ready to live it.

Building on the foundation of Ignite Your Flame, this deeper journey explores nervous system regulation, boundaries, relationships, communication, and the daily choices that shape the way we show up in the world. Together, we'll uncover what it takes to remain rooted in yourself when life asks you to bend, shrink, people-please, or abandon your own knowing.

This is the practice of choosing yourself again and again.

Through embodied exploration and intentional action, you'll strengthen your capacity to trust your voice, hold your boundaries, navigate relationships with authenticity, and direct your energy toward a life that feels aligned, alive, and deeply your own.

Feed Your Fire is about turning self-awareness into self-leadership. It is a commitment to living with integrity, expressing yourself unapologetically, and becoming devoted to the life that is calling you forward.

Create More Space for Who You Really Are

You do not need to have yourself completely figured out in order to live more authentically. Identity coaching can help you recognize what still feels like you, question the roles and expectations that no longer fit, and develop the self-trust to let more of who you are shape your actual life.

Who Identity Coaching May Be Right For

Women who feel like they have lost touch with themselves

You may notice another person’s discomfort immediately and feel compelled to fix it, soothe it, or change yourself in response. Coaching can help you explore how to remain caring and connected without making someone else’s emotional experience your responsibility.

Women navigating a major life change

Sometimes you know that something is wrong but cannot tell whether you are angry, hurt, afraid, overwhelmed, resentful, or simply exhausted. Emotional coaching can help you slow down and become more familiar with your own emotional signals rather than rushing past them.

Women who are tired of performing a version of themselves

You may communicate clearly in ordinary situations but freeze, appease, become defensive, shut down, or over-explain when tension rises. This work can help you understand what conflict activates in your nervous system and how you might remain more connected to yourself when emotions run high.

Women ready to define themselves more on their own terms

You do not need to become unaffected by difficult experiences in order to become more resilient. Emotional resilience coaching can help you build a greater capacity to experience disappointment, uncertainty, conflict, or change while still finding your way back to yourself.

Benefits of Identity Coaching

Identity coaching can support greater self-awareness, clearer values, stronger self-trust, and a deeper understanding of the roles and expectations that have shaped you. You may begin recognizing which parts of your identity feel authentic and which developed primarily to gain approval, avoid conflict, maintain connection, or satisfy someone else’s definition of who you should be. As those distinctions become clearer, it can become easier to make choices that reflect the person you are now. You may also feel more permission to change without needing to justify every new preference, boundary, or direction.

Over time, this work may influence your relationships, communication, creativity, work, boundaries, lifestyle, and the way you express yourself. You may become more comfortable allowing other people to encounter a version of you that is less edited or less organized around their expectations. Coaching can also make periods of uncertainty feel more navigable because not having every answer no longer has to mean you are lost. The aim is not a permanent answer to “Who am I?” but a stronger ability to remain connected to yourself as that answer continues to evolve.

Identity Coaching Pricing and Pathways

Single Identity Coaching Session: $150

You can begin with one session or choose a bundle if you want continued support around identity, authenticity, relationships, boundaries, self-expression, or a period of significant change. A single session can be helpful when one question or situation feels particularly present, while bundles create more room to explore what happens as you begin living and expressing yourself differently outside of coaching. Continued sessions allow you to notice how old roles and expectations resurface when you make new choices. The right level of support depends on how much space you want to give the process.

For women who want a more structured coaching experience, Ignite Your Flame and Feed Your Fire offer curated pathways into deeper self-exploration. Ignite Your Flame establishes a foundation around reconnecting with the body, needs, desires, nervous system, and personal truth, while Feed Your Fire continues into attachment, boundaries, communication, relationships, self-leadership, and applying what you have learned in everyday life. Expression Sessions can also be paired with voice lessons when identity and self-expression intersect with creativity, singing, or fear around being fully heard. Each pathway creates space for becoming more connected to yourself beneath the roles and expectations you have carried.
