“I worked with Graciela for 10 weeks under her expression session program and it was absolutely life changing. I have been struggling with a writer’s block when it comes to songwriting and I felt like I couldn’t get anywhere in my music if I couldn’t even finish a song. With over a decade of professional music experience, Graciela didn’t just give me basic practical tools and send me on my way, no, she helped me dig into the root of what was hindering my voice, my expression. She offered tools such as kundalini yoga movements, breath work, meditation, raw and honest reflections, journal prompts, and simple trial and error.
