One-on-One Embodiment Coaching for Self-Trust & Authentic Expression

Embodiment Coaching for Reconnecting With Your Body and Inner Knowing

Embodiment coaching is an invitation to move beyond simply thinking about what you need and begin noticing how truth, emotion, desire, and boundaries actually feel in your body. Through one-on-one Expression Sessions, I help you slow down enough to recognize the signals that can become difficult to hear when you are used to overriding yourself, adapting to others, or living primarily from your head. This work is not about telling you what you should feel or who you should become. It is about developing a more honest and trustworthy relationship with what is already happening within you.

This can be especially supportive if you overthink decisions, struggle to recognize what you want, feel disconnected from physical or emotional cues, or find yourself losing connection with yourself in relationships. Embodiment coaching can also create space to explore confidence, feminine expression, boundaries, nervous system responses, communication, and the ways your body reacts when being honest feels vulnerable. Instead of separating personal growth from the body, we bring the body directly into the conversation. The goal is to help you become more present with yourself so that your choices and expression can come from a place that feels increasingly aligned.

Learning to Hear What Your Body Is Telling You

Recognizing the signals you have learned to override

Your body can communicate discomfort, desire, fear, excitement, exhaustion, safety, and limits before you have words for any of it. If you have become accustomed to prioritizing what other people need or what you think you should do, those signals can become easy to dismiss. Embodiment coaching helps you notice them with greater curiosity and understand what they may be telling you. Over time, that awareness can make it easier to distinguish between an automatic pattern and something that genuinely feels right for you.

Getting out of your head without abandoning your mind

You do not have to stop thinking in order to become more embodied. The work is about creating a stronger connection between what you understand intellectually and what you are actually experiencing physically and emotionally. We may explore sensation, breath, nervous system responses, emotion, and what happens in your body when you imagine different choices or speak something that feels true. This gives you another source of information instead of asking your thoughts to carry everything alone.

Letting your body inform your boundaries

Boundaries can be difficult when you notice your limits only after you have already crossed them. Your body may tense, shut down, become restless, pull away, or signal discomfort long before you consciously acknowledge that something is not working for you. Embodiment coaching can help you recognize those responses earlier and explore what makes them difficult to trust. The more connected you become to your own internal experience, the more boundaries can begin to come from clarity rather than obligation or a set of rules you are trying to follow.

Exploring feminine embodiment without performing femininity

Feminine embodiment coaching does not need to mean fitting yourself into someone else’s definition of what femininity should look like. For some women, feminine expression may involve softness, receptivity, pleasure, intuition, sensuality, creativity, or rest. For others, it may include strength, anger, assertiveness, leadership, boundaries, or taking up more space. The work is about discovering what feels true in your body rather than performing an idealized version of femininity from the outside.

When You Understand Yourself but Still Feel Disconnected From Yourself

Sometimes awareness is not the problem. You may already know that you people-please, struggle with boundaries, overthink, disconnect during conflict, or ignore your own needs. You may even understand where those patterns came from and still find yourself repeating them when the moment arrives. Knowing why something happens intellectually does not always mean your body suddenly knows how to respond differently. Embodiment coaching creates space to work with that gap between understanding yourself and actually staying connected to yourself in real time.

We can look at what happens in the moments when you begin to leave yourself: when you automatically say yes, freeze during a difficult conversation, question a feeling you were certain about five minutes earlier, or talk yourself out of something your body has been signaling clearly. Rather than treating those reactions as failures, we can get curious about what they are protecting and what your nervous system has learned to expect. From there, the work becomes less about trying harder to behave differently and more about building enough self-awareness and self-trust to have another choice. Embodiment is not about always feeling perfectly regulated or certain; it is about becoming more able to return to yourself.

Graciela’s Embodiment Coaching Style

My coaching style is blunt with care and tenderness. I am interested in what is actually happening underneath the explanation you have already given yourself, while still respecting the reasons your patterns developed in the first place. Our sessions can include somatic awareness, nervous system support, reflection, movement, breathwork, intentional conversation, and exploration of relationships, attachment, communication, conflict, and boundaries. I do not separate what you feel in your body from the way you relate, communicate, choose, and express yourself.

I also do not believe embodiment means learning to perform calmness, femininity, confidence, or some ideal version of being “in your body.” Sometimes your body is angry. Sometimes it wants distance, rest, movement, expression, connection, or a firm no. Part of this work is becoming curious about those experiences rather than immediately correcting or overriding them. I may ask direct questions and point out patterns when I see them, but the goal is not for me to determine your truth for you; it is to help you become more capable of recognizing it yourself.

This can be especially meaningful for women who are very good at analyzing themselves but still feel disconnected from their own needs or internal signals. You may be deeply self-aware and still automatically shape yourself around other people, ignore discomfort, or struggle to trust what you feel when a relationship becomes emotionally charged. Embodiment coaching gives us a place to explore those moments in a way that includes both your mind and your body. Over time, the work can support a more grounded relationship with yourself and a greater ability to remain present with what is true.

Embodiment Coaching Options and Session Pathways

Single
Embodiment Coaching Sessions

Single sessions offer focused support when you want to work through a current challenge, reconnect with your inner clarity, or receive support around self-trust, communication, boundaries, or confidence in a specific area of life. They can be especially helpful during periods of transition, conflict, decision-making, visibility, or emotional overwhelm. Even one session can create meaningful movement by helping you slow down and hear what is actually true for you beneath fear or doubt. For some clients, a single session is the right amount of support. For others, it becomes the starting point for deeper work.

Embodiment Coaching Session Bundles

Bundles offer more continuity for people who already know they want regular support as they build confidence and shift long-standing patterns. They create more room for reflection, integration, and the kind of steady practice that confidence often requires. Ongoing sessions can help you move beyond insight alone and begin applying what you are learning in relationships, communication, creativity, and everyday choices. That rhythm can make the work feel more grounded, supportive, and sustainable over time.

Why Intentional Conversation?

Through a thoughtful, curiosity-driven conversation, we can identify recurring patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. This process can help you better understand yourself, gain insight into how your mind works, and explore new ways of reframing challenges.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, intentional conversation emphasizes carefully chosen questions designed to spark self-discovery. The focus is not on providing answers, but on helping you uncover your own perspectives, values, and truths through honest reflection.

Why Movement and Breathwork Before Every Session:

This is intentional. Every week you get this hour for you. Life can be hectic and can have so many moving factors. Its time to unwind honey! We find it very helpful to be able to get into the body through movement and to calm the nervous system through breathwork. Letting us arrive into the moment.

Why
Embodiment
Practices:

If you think all the healing is through the mind, think twice! It’s called emBODiment for a reason and it’s a practice. Many times talk therapy is helpful for releasing our thought process but many people leave it feeling like they are still unresolved. That’s because a lot is stored in the body, waiting to be released and just talking about our problems will not heal them. Through these practices we are able to ACTUALLY come home. Not only tapping into the body to better understand it but also emotions or past experiences that no longer serve.

Embodied Confidence: Live louder. Love deeper. Express fully.

Embodied Confidence is a six-session journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your authentic expression. Through guided somatic practices, vocal exploration, and intentional conversation, we begin to uncover the patterns that shape how you move through the world—where you hold tension, where you silence yourself, and where your energy is being drained.

This container supports you in building deeper self-awareness, releasing what has been stored in the body, and practicing honest expression in a safe and supportive space. As you reconnect with yourself, confidence becomes less about performing and more about trusting your voice, your truth, and your presence.

Ignite Your Flame is about coming home to yourself—fully expressed, grounded in your body, and no longer afraid to take up space.

Who This Embodiment Coaching Is For

Women who feel disconnected from their bodies

You may understand yourself well but have difficulty identifying what you actually feel, need, or want in the moment. Embodiment coaching can help you become more familiar with the physical and emotional signals that are already present.

People who live primarily in their heads

If you analyze every decision, rehearse conversations, explain your feelings instead of feeling them, or regularly reason yourself out of what you initially knew, this work can bring another dimension into the process. The goal is not to abandon thought, but to let your body have a voice too.

Women exploring feminine embodiment

You may be curious about feminine embodiment coaching because you want a deeper relationship with your femininity, creativity, sensuality, intuition, boundaries, or capacity to receive. This work gives you room to explore those qualities without prescribing what femininity is supposed to mean for you.

People who lose themselves in relationships

If it is easier to recognize another person’s emotions, needs, or preferences than your own, embodiment work can help bring your attention back to your internal experience. This can be particularly useful when attachment patterns, conflict, or fear of disappointing someone make it difficult to stay connected to yourself.

Benefits of Embodiment Coaching

Embodiment coaching can support a stronger awareness of your physical and emotional responses, clearer recognition of your needs, and greater confidence in what you experience internally. You may begin noticing tension, desire, resistance, overwhelm, or a need for space before automatically moving past it. As those signals become more familiar, it can become easier to understand what feels aligned and what does not. That awareness can create more room between your initial reaction and the response you ultimately choose.

Over time, clients may notice that self-trust, boundaries, communication, relationships, and decision-making begin to feel different because they are no longer relying exclusively on outside validation or intellectual analysis. You may find it easier to remain connected to yourself when someone disagrees with you, to recognize when you need rest or space, or to express something before resentment begins building. Feminine expression and creativity may also feel more accessible when you are not continually overriding your own physical experience. The aim is not perfect attunement, but a relationship with yourself that you know how to return to.

Embodiment Coaching Pricing and Pathways

Single Embodiment Coaching Session: $150

You can begin with a single embodiment coaching session or choose a bundle if you want more continuity as you explore body awareness, self-trust, boundaries, feminine expression, or recurring relational patterns. A one-off session can work well when something specific is asking for attention or when you simply want to experience this approach before choosing a longer commitment. Bundles provide more room to notice how the work shows up outside of our sessions and bring those experiences back into the coaching process. The right starting point depends on how much support and continuity you are looking for.

For a more structured experience, Ignite Your Flame and Feed Your Fire offer curated coaching pathways. Ignite Your Flame creates a foundation centered on reconnecting with your body, needs, desires, and truth, while Feed Your Fire carries that foundation further into attachment, relationships, boundaries, communication, and applying the work in everyday life. Expression Sessions can also be combined with voice lessons when embodiment, emotional history, or past silencing is affecting singing or creative expression. Each option provides a different way into the same larger work of becoming more connected to yourself.
