One-on-One Embodiment Coaching for Self-Trust & Authentic Expression
Embodiment Coaching for Reconnecting With Your Body and Inner Knowing
Embodiment coaching is an invitation to move beyond simply thinking about what you need and begin noticing how truth, emotion, desire, and boundaries actually feel in your body. Through one-on-one Expression Sessions, I help you slow down enough to recognize the signals that can become difficult to hear when you are used to overriding yourself, adapting to others, or living primarily from your head. This work is not about telling you what you should feel or who you should become. It is about developing a more honest and trustworthy relationship with what is already happening within you.
This can be especially supportive if you overthink decisions, struggle to recognize what you want, feel disconnected from physical or emotional cues, or find yourself losing connection with yourself in relationships. Embodiment coaching can also create space to explore confidence, feminine expression, boundaries, nervous system responses, communication, and the ways your body reacts when being honest feels vulnerable. Instead of separating personal growth from the body, we bring the body directly into the conversation. The goal is to help you become more present with yourself so that your choices and expression can come from a place that feels increasingly aligned.
Learning to Hear What Your Body Is Telling You
Recognizing the signals you have learned to override
Your body can communicate discomfort, desire, fear, excitement, exhaustion, safety, and limits before you have words for any of it. If you have become accustomed to prioritizing what other people need or what you think you should do, those signals can become easy to dismiss. Embodiment coaching helps you notice them with greater curiosity and understand what they may be telling you. Over time, that awareness can make it easier to distinguish between an automatic pattern and something that genuinely feels right for you.
Getting out of your head without abandoning your mind
You do not have to stop thinking in order to become more embodied. The work is about creating a stronger connection between what you understand intellectually and what you are actually experiencing physically and emotionally. We may explore sensation, breath, nervous system responses, emotion, and what happens in your body when you imagine different choices or speak something that feels true. This gives you another source of information instead of asking your thoughts to carry everything alone.
Letting your body inform your boundaries
Boundaries can be difficult when you notice your limits only after you have already crossed them. Your body may tense, shut down, become restless, pull away, or signal discomfort long before you consciously acknowledge that something is not working for you. Embodiment coaching can help you recognize those responses earlier and explore what makes them difficult to trust. The more connected you become to your own internal experience, the more boundaries can begin to come from clarity rather than obligation or a set of rules you are trying to follow.
Exploring feminine embodiment without performing femininity
Feminine embodiment coaching does not need to mean fitting yourself into someone else’s definition of what femininity should look like. For some women, feminine expression may involve softness, receptivity, pleasure, intuition, sensuality, creativity, or rest. For others, it may include strength, anger, assertiveness, leadership, boundaries, or taking up more space. The work is about discovering what feels true in your body rather than performing an idealized version of femininity from the outside.
When You Understand Yourself but Still Feel Disconnected From Yourself
Sometimes awareness is not the problem. You may already know that you people-please, struggle with boundaries, overthink, disconnect during conflict, or ignore your own needs. You may even understand where those patterns came from and still find yourself repeating them when the moment arrives. Knowing why something happens intellectually does not always mean your body suddenly knows how to respond differently. Embodiment coaching creates space to work with that gap between understanding yourself and actually staying connected to yourself in real time.
We can look at what happens in the moments when you begin to leave yourself: when you automatically say yes, freeze during a difficult conversation, question a feeling you were certain about five minutes earlier, or talk yourself out of something your body has been signaling clearly. Rather than treating those reactions as failures, we can get curious about what they are protecting and what your nervous system has learned to expect. From there, the work becomes less about trying harder to behave differently and more about building enough self-awareness and self-trust to have another choice. Embodiment is not about always feeling perfectly regulated or certain; it is about becoming more able to return to yourself.
Graciela’s Embodiment Coaching Style
My coaching style is blunt with care and tenderness. I am interested in what is actually happening underneath the explanation you have already given yourself, while still respecting the reasons your patterns developed in the first place. Our sessions can include somatic awareness, nervous system support, reflection, movement, breathwork, intentional conversation, and exploration of relationships, attachment, communication, conflict, and boundaries. I do not separate what you feel in your body from the way you relate, communicate, choose, and express yourself.
I also do not believe embodiment means learning to perform calmness, femininity, confidence, or some ideal version of being “in your body.” Sometimes your body is angry. Sometimes it wants distance, rest, movement, expression, connection, or a firm no. Part of this work is becoming curious about those experiences rather than immediately correcting or overriding them. I may ask direct questions and point out patterns when I see them, but the goal is not for me to determine your truth for you; it is to help you become more capable of recognizing it yourself.
This can be especially meaningful for women who are very good at analyzing themselves but still feel disconnected from their own needs or internal signals. You may be deeply self-aware and still automatically shape yourself around other people, ignore discomfort, or struggle to trust what you feel when a relationship becomes emotionally charged. Embodiment coaching gives us a place to explore those moments in a way that includes both your mind and your body. Over time, the work can support a more grounded relationship with yourself and a greater ability to remain present with what is true.
Embodiment Coaching Options and Session Pathways
Single
Embodiment Coaching Sessions
Single sessions offer focused support when you want to work through a current challenge, reconnect with your inner clarity, or receive support around self-trust, communication, boundaries, or confidence in a specific area of life. They can be especially helpful during periods of transition, conflict, decision-making, visibility, or emotional overwhelm. Even one session can create meaningful movement by helping you slow down and hear what is actually true for you beneath fear or doubt. For some clients, a single session is the right amount of support. For others, it becomes the starting point for deeper work.
Embodiment Coaching Session Bundles
Bundles offer more continuity for people who already know they want regular support as they build confidence and shift long-standing patterns. They create more room for reflection, integration, and the kind of steady practice that confidence often requires. Ongoing sessions can help you move beyond insight alone and begin applying what you are learning in relationships, communication, creativity, and everyday choices. That rhythm can make the work feel more grounded, supportive, and sustainable over time.
Expression Sessions Coaching Pathways
-
Ignite Your Flame is a six-session coaching journey that shares the same first five sessions as Feed Your Fire, creating a strong foundation for the deeper work ahead. This pathway focuses on tapping into the body, listening more closely to your needs and desires, and becoming more confident in your truth. It is a place to notice how you may have learned to silence yourself, disconnect from your body, or override what you really feel.
This container helps you build self-awareness, reconnect with your authentic voice, and begin practicing more honest expression in a grounded and compassionate way. It is often a powerful fit for people who know they want more than a one-off conversation and are ready for a more intentional process of reconnection. Over the course of the sessions, clients can begin noticing not just what they feel, but how they want to relate to themselves differently. The work is blunt with care and tenderness, creating space for meaningful shifts in confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

(Extension Of Iginite Your Flame)
Feed Your Fire is a ten-session coaching container for deeper integration that begins with the same first five sessions as Ignite Your Flame. From there, the work moves more directly into attachment and how these patterns are applied and lived in everyday life. This pathway creates space to explore communication, relationships, self-led leadership, boundaries, and the ways your deeper patterns show up in real-time choices and connection.
It is designed for people who want to move beyond initial insight and begin living with more consistency, clarity, and integrity. Feed Your Fire supports the ongoing practice of staying connected to yourself and expressing that connection in real life. This longer container allows more room for the kind of repetition, reflection, and real-world application that deeper change often requires. It can be especially supportive for clients who want to strengthen how they show up in relationships, conflict, creativity, and everyday decision-making.

For some clients, self-expression and the singing voice are deeply connected. This combined option is designed for people who want support with both vocal development and the emotional or relational patterns that may be affecting the vocal channel.
These sessions can explore where you may have been silenced, shut down, discouraged, or told no, and how those experiences may still be showing up in your ability to sing, create, and use your voice freely. This is the bridge between the coaching side of the work and Graciela’s vocal mentorship. It can be a meaningful option for singers, creatives, or anyone who senses that the voice is carrying more than technique alone can address. By working with both expression and the vocal channel together, clients can often access a fuller sense of freedom, honesty, and creativity in their voice.
Why Intentional Conversation?
Through a thoughtful, curiosity-driven conversation, we can identify recurring patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. This process can help you better understand yourself, gain insight into how your mind works, and explore new ways of reframing challenges.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, intentional conversation emphasizes carefully chosen questions designed to spark self-discovery. The focus is not on providing answers, but on helping you uncover your own perspectives, values, and truths through honest reflection.
Why Movement and Breathwork Before Every Session:
This is intentional. Every week you get this hour for you. Life can be hectic and can have so many moving factors. Its time to unwind honey! We find it very helpful to be able to get into the body through movement and to calm the nervous system through breathwork. Letting us arrive into the moment.
Why
Embodiment
Practices:
If you think all the healing is through the mind, think twice! It’s called emBODiment for a reason and it’s a practice. Many times talk therapy is helpful for releasing our thought process but many people leave it feeling like they are still unresolved. That’s because a lot is stored in the body, waiting to be released and just talking about our problems will not heal them. Through these practices we are able to ACTUALLY come home. Not only tapping into the body to better understand it but also emotions or past experiences that no longer serve.
Embodied Confidence: Live louder. Love deeper. Express fully.
Embodied Confidence is a six-session journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your authentic expression. Through guided somatic practices, vocal exploration, and intentional conversation, we begin to uncover the patterns that shape how you move through the world—where you hold tension, where you silence yourself, and where your energy is being drained.
This container supports you in building deeper self-awareness, releasing what has been stored in the body, and practicing honest expression in a safe and supportive space. As you reconnect with yourself, confidence becomes less about performing and more about trusting your voice, your truth, and your presence.
Ignite Your Flame is about coming home to yourself—fully expressed, grounded in your body, and no longer afraid to take up space.

Who This Embodiment Coaching Is For
Women who feel disconnected from their bodies
You may understand yourself well but have difficulty identifying what you actually feel, need, or want in the moment. Embodiment coaching can help you become more familiar with the physical and emotional signals that are already present.
People who live primarily in their heads
If you analyze every decision, rehearse conversations, explain your feelings instead of feeling them, or regularly reason yourself out of what you initially knew, this work can bring another dimension into the process. The goal is not to abandon thought, but to let your body have a voice too.
Women exploring feminine embodiment
You may be curious about feminine embodiment coaching because you want a deeper relationship with your femininity, creativity, sensuality, intuition, boundaries, or capacity to receive. This work gives you room to explore those qualities without prescribing what femininity is supposed to mean for you.
People who lose themselves in relationships
If it is easier to recognize another person’s emotions, needs, or preferences than your own, embodiment work can help bring your attention back to your internal experience. This can be particularly useful when attachment patterns, conflict, or fear of disappointing someone make it difficult to stay connected to yourself.
Benefits of Embodiment Coaching
Embodiment coaching can support a stronger awareness of your physical and emotional responses, clearer recognition of your needs, and greater confidence in what you experience internally. You may begin noticing tension, desire, resistance, overwhelm, or a need for space before automatically moving past it. As those signals become more familiar, it can become easier to understand what feels aligned and what does not. That awareness can create more room between your initial reaction and the response you ultimately choose.
Over time, clients may notice that self-trust, boundaries, communication, relationships, and decision-making begin to feel different because they are no longer relying exclusively on outside validation or intellectual analysis. You may find it easier to remain connected to yourself when someone disagrees with you, to recognize when you need rest or space, or to express something before resentment begins building. Feminine expression and creativity may also feel more accessible when you are not continually overriding your own physical experience. The aim is not perfect attunement, but a relationship with yourself that you know how to return to.
Embodiment Coaching Pricing and Pathways
Single Embodiment Coaching Session: $150
You can begin with a single embodiment coaching session or choose a bundle if you want more continuity as you explore body awareness, self-trust, boundaries, feminine expression, or recurring relational patterns. A one-off session can work well when something specific is asking for attention or when you simply want to experience this approach before choosing a longer commitment. Bundles provide more room to notice how the work shows up outside of our sessions and bring those experiences back into the coaching process. The right starting point depends on how much support and continuity you are looking for.
For a more structured experience, Ignite Your Flame and Feed Your Fire offer curated coaching pathways. Ignite Your Flame creates a foundation centered on reconnecting with your body, needs, desires, and truth, while Feed Your Fire carries that foundation further into attachment, relationships, boundaries, communication, and applying the work in everyday life. Expression Sessions can also be combined with voice lessons when embodiment, emotional history, or past silencing is affecting singing or creative expression. Each option provides a different way into the same larger work of becoming more connected to yourself.
Your Embodiment Coaching Questions, Answered
-
Some women feel more comfortable exploring bodily experience, relationships, femininity, boundaries, desire, visibility, or self-expression with another woman. Looking for a women’s embodiment coach may also reflect a desire for coaching that understands how women can be conditioned to accommodate, stay agreeable, disconnect from anger, minimize needs, or prioritize other people’s comfort. These patterns are not universal, but they can be meaningful parts of a client’s experience. Having space to name them can make embodiment work feel more relevant and grounded.
At the same time, my work does not assume that every woman has the same relationship with femininity, her body, or these patterns. I am interested in what has actually shaped your experience. We can explore what you have learned, what your body does now, and what you want your relationship with yourself to become. The work stays personal rather than reducing your experience to gender alone.
-
It can. The body often begins responding to a boundary long before we consciously acknowledge that one is needed. You may tense, withdraw, feel exhausted, become irritated, shut down, or sense that something feels wrong while still telling yourself that everything is fine. Embodiment coaching helps you become more aware of those cues and curious about what makes them difficult to honor.
That awareness can be particularly useful in relationships because connection with another person can make it harder to remain connected to yourself. Attachment patterns, fear of conflict, people-pleasing, or the desire to maintain closeness may all affect how quickly you override your own experience. As you become more able to recognize what is happening internally, you may have more choice in how you communicate and respond. Boundaries can then become an expression of self-connection rather than something you attempt only after reaching a breaking point.
-
No. Expression Sessions and embodiment coaching are offered as coaching, not psychotherapy or licensed mental health treatment. The work may include somatic awareness, nervous system support, attachment themes, reflection, emotional exploration, and conversations that feel deeply personal. However, the purpose is coaching around awareness, expression, relationships, self-trust, and how you apply what you are learning in everyday life. It is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Coaching can sometimes complement therapy or other forms of support, but it should not be used as a replacement when clinical mental health care is needed. I want the distinction to be clear so you can choose the kind of support that fits what you are actually looking for. Expression Sessions offer a non-clinical environment for exploring your patterns and developing a more embodied relationship with yourself. If your needs fall outside that scope, working with an appropriately licensed professional may be more suitable.
-
Yes. You can book a single embodiment coaching session for $150 without committing to a longer program. A one-off session may be useful if you are working through a specific relationship dynamic, decision, boundary, emotional experience, or period of disconnection from yourself. It can also be a good way to experience my approach and decide whether this kind of coaching feels aligned with you. You do not need to know in advance whether you will want additional sessions.
If you do want continued support, session bundles and the Ignite Your Flame and Feed Your Fire pathways provide more continuity. Longer-term work gives us the opportunity to notice patterns as they appear in your actual life rather than only discussing them once. You can experiment between sessions, notice how your body responds, and bring those experiences back into the work. The level of commitment can match the depth of support you are looking for.
-
Embodiment coaching is a form of one-on-one coaching that includes the body as part of how you understand yourself. Rather than focusing exclusively on thoughts, goals, or changing behavior, we also pay attention to sensations, emotions, nervous system responses, physical cues, and what happens inside you as different experiences arise. This can be particularly valuable when you already understand a pattern intellectually but continue finding yourself caught in it. The body often holds information that analysis alone does not fully access.
The purpose is not to scrutinize every sensation or assume that every physical response contains a hidden message. Instead, embodiment coaching helps you become more curious about your internal experience and more capable of staying connected to it. That awareness can influence how you make decisions, communicate, recognize boundaries, and respond in relationships. Over time, embodiment can become less of something you consciously practice and more of a way you know how to return to yourself.
-
An embodiment coach helps you explore the connection between your physical experience and the patterns affecting your emotions, relationships, communication, choices, and self-expression. In my sessions, that can include somatic awareness, nervous system support, reflection, breathwork, movement, attachment work, and conversations about what happens when you try to honor a need or speak something true. I may help you slow a situation down enough to notice what your body was doing before your usual response took over. That can reveal information that is easy to miss when you are focused only on the story surrounding an experience.
My role is not to interpret your body for you or tell you what every sensation means. Instead, I help you become more skilled at noticing your own experience and asking better questions about it. We can then explore how what you are noticing connects with the choices and relationships in your actual life. Ultimately, the goal is for you to become more capable of recognizing and trusting yourself rather than becoming dependent on a coach to do that for you.
-
Feminine embodiment coaching creates space to explore how femininity is experienced through your body, expression, relationships, desires, creativity, boundaries, and sense of self. Some women are drawn to this work because they want greater access to qualities like receptivity, sensuality, softness, intuition, pleasure, or creativity. Others discover that their feminine expression also includes anger, discernment, assertiveness, strength, leadership, and the ability to say no. There does not have to be one correct expression of feminine embodiment.
My approach is therefore less interested in teaching you how to “be feminine” and more interested in helping you discover what femininity genuinely feels like for you. We can look at where your own expression may have become constrained by expectations, relationships, fear, conditioning, or the belief that you have to perform femininity correctly. From there, feminine embodiment becomes something you experience rather than an identity you have to prove. The focus remains on your body and your truth.
-
There can be overlap, depending on what you mean by divine feminine embodiment coaching. People searching for a divine feminine embodiment coach are often interested in reconnecting with intuition, receptivity, creativity, sensuality, inner knowing, or other qualities they associate with feminine energy. Those themes can absolutely come into embodiment work when they are meaningful to you. However, I do not require you to adopt a specific spiritual framework in order to participate in this coaching.
The center of the work remains your lived experience. If concepts around the divine feminine give you useful language for understanding yourself, there can be room to explore that. If they do not resonate, you do not need them for embodiment coaching to be meaningful. What matters more is whether you are developing a more honest relationship with your body, needs, desires, boundaries, and expression.
