Authentic Identity Coaching for Self-Trust & Growth

Understanding How You Connect, Protect & Relate

Attachment coaching creates space to understand the patterns that show up when relationships matter to you. Through one-on-one Expression Sessions, I work primarily with women who want to become more aware of how they respond to closeness, uncertainty, conflict, boundaries, reassurance, vulnerability, and the possibility of disconnection. You may notice yourself reaching for connection, pulling away from it, overthinking another person’s behavior, shutting down, people-pleasing, or losing touch with your own needs when a relationship feels uncertain. Rather than judging those responses, we can get curious about what they are trying to protect and how they affect the way you relate.

You may be drawn to an attachment coach because you understand that certain relationship patterns keep repeating but have difficulty changing them when emotions are involved. Attachment coaching can help you recognize what happens in your body and nervous system when connection feels threatened, what beliefs or expectations become activated, and how those responses influence communication and boundaries. The goal is not to place you permanently into an attachment-style category or tell you that every relationship difficulty comes from attachment. It is to help you develop more awareness, self-trust, and choice in the moments when familiar relational patterns begin taking over.

Changing the Patterns That Show Up When Relationships Feel Uncertain

Recognizing what happens when connection feels threatened

Relationship uncertainty can activate responses that feel much stronger than the situation seems to warrant intellectually. You may immediately assume someone is pulling away, become preoccupied with getting reassurance, shut down before you can be rejected, or convince yourself that you no longer care. Attachment coaching can help you recognize these patterns earlier and notice what is happening in your body when they appear. Awareness creates more opportunity to respond intentionally rather than letting fear make the decision for you.

Staying connected to yourself while staying connected to others

Attachment patterns can make relationships feel like a choice between closeness and self-protection. You may abandon your own needs to maintain connection, or create distance because closeness begins to feel overwhelming. Working with an attachment style coach can help you explore how to remain in relationship without disappearing inside it. The aim is greater capacity for connection while still staying aware of your own needs, boundaries, feelings, and truth.

Communicating needs without turning them into a test

When asking directly for what you need feels vulnerable, it can be tempting to communicate indirectly, withdraw, over-explain, hint, seek repeated reassurance, or wait for another person to prove that they care. Those strategies often make sense when direct expression has not always felt safe or successful. Attachment style coaching can help you notice what makes communicating needs feel risky and explore more honest ways of expressing them. Clearer communication does not guarantee another person will respond exactly as you hope, but it can help you remain more connected to yourself in the process.

Building boundaries without using distance as your only protection

Boundaries and attachment are closely connected. Some women struggle to set limits because they fear that saying no could threaten the relationship, while others rely heavily on distance because closeness itself begins to feel intrusive or unsafe. Coaching can help you explore what happens internally when you consider setting a boundary, asking for space, or staying present during disagreement. The goal is not maximum closeness or maximum independence, but relationships where you have more choice about how you participate.

When Relationships Bring Out a Version of You That You Barely Recognize

You may feel grounded, self-aware, and capable in most areas of life and still find that certain relationships seem to pull you into a completely different version of yourself. A delayed text can trigger hours of overthinking. A difficult conversation can make you freeze, over-explain, become defensive, or abandon a boundary you felt certain about beforehand. You may become intensely focused on another person’s behavior or, in the opposite direction, suddenly feel the urge to detach from the relationship entirely. Attachment patterns often become most visible precisely because connection matters.

The work is not about deciding that every strong reaction is irrational or trying to eliminate your need for other people. Human relationships matter, and wanting closeness, reassurance, independence, or space is not inherently a problem. We can instead explore what happens when those needs become tangled with fear, old expectations, nervous system responses, or beliefs about what connection requires from you. Attachment coaching helps you slow those moments down enough to understand what is actually happening. From there, you can begin practicing relationships that leave more room for both connection and self-trust.

Graciela’s Attachment Coaching Style

My coaching style is blunt with care and tenderness. I am interested in what happens when attachment patterns move from something you understand conceptually into something you are actually experiencing with another person. Our sessions can include intentional conversation, somatic awareness, nervous system support, movement, breathwork, reflection, and exploration of relationships, boundaries, conflict, communication, intimacy, self-expression, and self-regulation. I pay attention to both the story you are telling about a relationship and what your body seems to do when that story becomes emotionally charged.

I am not interested in reducing you to a label or assuming that an attachment style explains everything about the way you relate. Terms like anxious, avoidant, secure, or disorganized can sometimes provide useful language for recognizing patterns, but they are not the entire person. We can use attachment concepts as a doorway into curiosity rather than another identity you have to carry. I may ask direct questions about the ways you reach for connection, create distance, abandon your needs, or protect yourself when vulnerability feels risky.

For women who are highly self-aware, attachment can be frustrating because understanding a pattern does not necessarily stop it from happening. You may know exactly why you seek reassurance or why you shut down during conflict and still feel your nervous system move into that response before you can think differently. I do not expect you to reason your way out of a body-based relational pattern in the middle of activation. We can work with what is happening more directly so that awareness gradually creates more room for another choice

Attachment Coaching Options

Single Attachment Coaching Sessions

A single session can give you focused space to explore a relationship pattern or situation that feels particularly present right now. You may be dealing with conflict, uncertainty, a breakup, difficulty trusting someone, fear of closeness, repeated reassurance-seeking, or a boundary that becomes difficult to hold when attachment is activated. We can slow the situation down and look at what you feel, what your body is doing, what you fear may happen, and how you typically respond. One session may provide helpful clarity, or it can help you decide whether you want more ongoing support.

Attachment Coaching Session Bundles

Bundles provide more continuity when attachment patterns appear repeatedly across relationships or take time to recognize as they unfold. Ongoing coaching gives you room to notice what happens between sessions, experiment with different communication or boundaries, and return with real-life information about what became activated. This can be especially useful when you already understand your attachment patterns intellectually but want support applying that awareness when relationships become emotionally charged. Repetition gives us the opportunity to work with the pattern as it actually happens rather than only discussing it in hindsight.

Why Intentional Conversation?

Through a thoughtful, curiosity-driven conversation, we can identify recurring patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. This process can help you better understand yourself, gain insight into how your mind works, and explore new ways of reframing challenges.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, intentional conversation emphasizes carefully chosen questions designed to spark self-discovery. The focus is not on providing answers, but on helping you uncover your own perspectives, values, and truths through honest reflection.

Why Movement and Breathwork Before Every Session:

This is intentional. Every week you get this hour for you. Life can be hectic and can have so many moving factors. Its time to unwind honey! We find it very helpful to be able to get into the body through movement and to calm the nervous system through breathwork. Letting us arrive into the moment.

Why
Embodiment
Practices:

If you think all the healing is through the mind, think twice! It’s called emBODiment for a reason and it’s a practice. Many times talk therapy is helpful for releasing our thought process but many people leave it feeling like they are still unresolved. That’s because a lot is stored in the body, waiting to be released and just talking about our problems will not heal them. Through these practices we are able to ACTUALLY come home. Not only tapping into the body to better understand it but also emotions or past experiences that no longer serve.

Embodied Confidence: Live louder. Love deeper. Express fully.

Embodied Confidence is a six-session journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your authentic expression. Through guided somatic practices, vocal exploration, and intentional conversation, we begin to uncover the patterns that shape how you move through the world—where you hold tension, where you silence yourself, and where your energy is being drained.

This container supports you in building deeper self-awareness, releasing what has been stored in the body, and practicing honest expression in a safe and supportive space. As you reconnect with yourself, confidence becomes less about performing and more about trusting your voice, your truth, and your presence.

Ignite Your Flame is about coming home to yourself—fully expressed, grounded in your body, and no longer afraid to take up space.

Build Relationships Without Losing Your Connection to Yourself

Attachment coaching can help you understand what happens when closeness, distance, vulnerability, or conflict activates familiar patterns. You do not have to stop needing connection in order to become more grounded in relationships; the work is about strengthening the self-trust, awareness, and boundaries that allow you to stay connected to yourself while you connect with someone else.

Who Attachment Coaching May Be Right For

Women who become anxious when connection feels uncertain

You may find yourself analyzing messages, needing reassurance, worrying that another person is pulling away, or struggling to focus on anything else when a relationship feels unstable. Attachment coaching can help you understand what those moments activate and build more capacity to remain connected to yourself while uncertainty is present.

Women who pull away when relationships become too close

You may genuinely want intimacy while also noticing an urge to withdraw, shut down, become highly independent, or focus on reasons the relationship will not work once closeness increases. Coaching can help you explore what vulnerability and dependence bring up without treating your need for space as inherently wrong.

Women who lose themselves inside relationships

You may become so focused on maintaining connection that your own boundaries, interests, needs, preferences, or relationships begin fading into the background. Attachment coaching can help you explore how to remain emotionally connected without making the relationship the only place your sense of safety or identity lives.

Women who keep seeing the same relationship patterns repeat

The person or circumstances may change while the emotional dynamic begins feeling strangely familiar. Coaching can help you recognize what you repeatedly expect, tolerate, pursue, avoid, or fear in relationships and create more awareness around the role those patterns play.

Benefits of Attachment Coaching

Attachment coaching can support greater awareness of your relationship patterns, nervous system responses, communication habits, boundaries, and the fears that become activated around closeness or disconnection. You may begin recognizing the difference between what is actually happening in a relationship and what an old pattern is preparing you to expect. As that awareness grows, it can become easier to pause before automatically seeking reassurance, withdrawing, over-accommodating, or escalating a conflict. The aim is not to eliminate your attachment needs, but to create more choice in how you respond to them.

Over time, this work may support clearer communication, stronger boundaries, greater emotional resilience, and a more stable connection with yourself inside relationships. You may become more capable of asking directly for what you need, allowing another person to have space without immediately assuming abandonment, or remaining present during intimacy without automatically creating distance. You may also become clearer about which relationship dynamics genuinely work for you rather than interpreting every difficulty as something you need to overcome within yourself. Attachment coaching is ultimately about relating with greater awareness, not learning how to tolerate relationships that do not meet your needs.

Attachment Coaching Pricing and Pathways

Single Attachment Coaching Session: $150

You can begin with one session or choose a bundle if you want continued support around attachment patterns, relationships, boundaries, communication, intimacy, or emotional responses to connection and disconnection. A single session can be especially useful when one relationship or situation feels particularly activating, while bundles create more room to observe how patterns unfold over time. Continued coaching allows you to practice new ways of relating and then bring the emotional and relational reality of those experiences back into our sessions. You can choose the amount of support that fits what you are currently navigating.

For women who want a more structured coaching experience, Ignite Your Flame and Feed Your Fire offer curated pathways into deeper self-connection and relational work. Ignite Your Flame establishes a foundation around reconnecting with the body, needs, desires, nervous system, and personal truth, while Feed Your Fire carries that foundation more directly into attachment, boundaries, relationships, communication, conflict, and self-led leadership. Expression Sessions can also be paired with voice lessons when relational patterns or past experiences of being silenced affect creativity or the vocal channel. Each pathway offers a different amount of space for understanding yourself and how you show up in connection with other people.
